Reminiscence of the Acmarians

The day was here to come. Everyday i ve been counting n counting, filled with a blend of feelings. Happy to say, i can reduce my blood pressure level as im being very angry everyday, esp while facing talktative students, when i have to keep on pushing them to submit their project, when i have to 'beg' them to complete their work n listen attentively to class.......... But sad of course, is that i have to bid farewell to some very lovely n caring students.

Im glad to have come to this school n destiny has brought all of us togeta in the classroom. This time i really got a taste of teaching and I felt that it was very challenging. WEll, there's always two sides of a coin, there must be good and naughty students. Anyway, let me introduce sum of the students that gv me a very very deep impression:

1. My charlie angels
The three young gals r always togeta, doing everything align. They are the one who always have lunch with everyday, n without fail. They r very close to me, and we share alot of secrets. Haha.. I was so touched to open the box where they folded 39 little ships, each with messages on it for me. Though simple, but their method of expressing is definitely precious.

2. Sherry Ann
Sherry Ann was the first friend i got to know in school. And i never tot that she would ended up being my closest 'sister'. During the length of teaching, sherry n me has formed a strong n intimate bond of friendship. She always treat me biscuits, cookies, n even bought nice ear rings for me. And the most touching part is she studied so so hard for my mandarin, esp the spelling. She prepared n practised all her spelling in a book, n i could imagine how thick was that book now. In addition to this, she did extremely well for her poetry. We took always a month to prepare it, n of course not 4getting Rakesh, Tressvin and Manjula, who did equally well n put in a lot of effort in performing a very impressive poetry recital. However, sad to see her crying today.

3. All my std 6's
I taught all 3 classes of std 6, n this made me the closest with them all. For mandarin, I could even share a lot of stories such as Journey to the West, the 12 Zodiac story, the Lady Yang and a few history stories. I know each n every of them. N they noe me well too. I ll remember how shrieking is PUnithan's laughter, how 4getful is Bazil, how manja is Kimberly, n wat a sweet voice Amylia has, how 'dai-koh style' is Li Qin, how helpful is Hian Wee, how sweet are the gals, n how playful are the boys. Too much to be covered if i were to describe all of them. I could see sad faces on each of them today. Anyway, boys n gals, study hard n wish u all the best for ur UPSR ya.. We can always keep in touch n hang out togeta.


Nevertheless, not forgetting of course all the other students who gv me support n cooperation. I understand that learning a language is not easy, but it is not impossible. Im sending my best wishes to each of them too. I'll miss all of u. Muacks!

Re-Union

Hmm.. It was almost half a year since i last saw my best friends in school. Thanks to ying, she suggested n planned for an outing this time. Everytime she was the planner la, she has the enthusiasm to do it.. It was not an easy task though, esp when dealing with time n date decisions, as everyone has their own plans n calendars. Anyway, thanks a lot to her for doing the job without fail everytime.

Well, as we planned we went for dinner n a movie. We took such a long time to choose the movie to be watched, finally we came up with Kung Fu Panda after eliminating the others. At first, I dun have good intentions towards such a animation. But then i was so entertained by the big and a little clumsy Po. Hehe.. His belly is indeed impressing. Haha.. Alongside with him, the legendary Furious Five--Tigress, Crane, Mantis, Viper and Monkey--under the leadership of their guru, Master Shifu. But i stil couldnt catch grasp of which character that Jackie Chan sounded for. But anyway, the movie was nice n warm, with many humours and little cracks of jokes.

Despite being quite exhausted after a whole-day teaching, i stil enjoyed their company, very very much. 4 of us seldom hang out n have fun together like this. It ended at bt 11, where we went for a drink b4 leaving home. Of course my mum is quite worried when i was not reported at home by the time, but luckily she was understanding enuf to allow such scenario.
