summer loving

Yayyy yayyy, it's finally my turn to say that 'Im done with exams!!'.. Dont ask me how did i do, my marker shud be able to answer u better, or even a fortune-teller.. :)

Anyway, post-exam's welcomed by plus and minus. The minus side: it's all packing, packing, packing.. I cant imagine books and notes just accumulate like tis, 1 full box excluding textbooks; clothes-2 full boxes, shoes-another box, i hv 7.5 boxes all in total! And im sleeping without my pillow and duvet now.. Thankfully the weather's not too cold nowadays..

The plus part: Travel!! Went to stonehenge, the magnificent and mysterious giant stones built during Neolithic (recall ur f4 history!!).. Until today, the underlying reason of this architecture is unknown: some say for astronomical observatory, some say sacred rituals.. And just how ppl moved these blue stones to this isolated place is a big question mark..
Let me introduce: that's pui yee (my junior) on my left, and emily, the california exchange student on my right.. :)

Look at the green, green grass; the green, green land.. They were so pretty and lovely that they look so unreal :D
Tis is the kind of grass that i would like to lie down on.. Not those stepped by ppl around campus or hearsall common.. =P On the other hand, bristol is a city located slightly south of england. Suprisingly, coventry is more lively than bristol.. But as u can expect, every place in england is pretty :D

And every place in england has a cathedral: The bristol cathedral =P
The harbour in bristol.. Does it look a bit like venice?? :DWe were welcomed by Burnel's ss Great Britain.. It was world's first great ocean liner, emerged from the Grand Old Lady in 1970 until the 1843 Ocean Liner.. The admission covered a visit to the bottom, deck and inner of the ship.. It was quite a shame that being a pilot's daughter, pinkiecloud couldnt provide elaborative and detailed explanation to pui yee and emily about a ship.. :(

I still rmb the 1st time i saw pui yee was in KLIA. Being a senior, the one crying in the airport was me and wasnt the fresher.. Ooopppsss.. =PIt actually took me bit of a courage to cross the bridge bcuz do u know, it's hanging in the air?? I have phobia towards height.. Altophobia i think.. Well, tat's pinkiecloud.. :)Now i understand why is it called a 'porsche' place.. Residents hv to pay 50p toll everytime to enter or leave the place.. How 'porsche' does one hv to be to live here for long term..

I hope u ll agree that this is a picturesque.. A church in clifton.. :D

We were quite lucky that weather wasnt too sunny for the two days.. Or else we ll get sunburnt like crazy.. And we didnt face too much difficulties in terms of seeking directions.. Initially i thought that the utility from the trip would have been greatly reduced having to slash the lovely one day trip to bath, pinkiecloud learnt to enjoy from the least.. Bravo Bristol :D

Dearie yunyun,

Congratulations darling! The moment that u read this letter signifies ur completion of your second year. U survived thru ur exams, the one that u dreaded and hated. High five** :D I know it wasnt easy. At times when u r complaining of the routine that u r going thru repeatedly for nearly two months, i comforted u, encouraged u, spoilt u.. Then one week b4 exam, u told me that u r going to pose a drama ban for 3 weeks, u stopped most of ur fb games, u began waking up early. Ur thoughts, ur actions, I knew u're back!

In the past 2 years, i think you've grown up quite abruptly in a short amount of time. You experienced the year with most life-changing decisions and changes.. Tis is seriously the first ever time that u admitted that being an adult is not cool. Being half-way across the globe from your family is definitely one of ur greatest challenge here. It was sad seeing u being cocooned in a protective shell during your 1st year, but ur second year was awesome! Homesick girl's really, really growing up.. Make sure ur 3rd year gonna be even great okay?

I witnessed u stumbled a lot, whether academics, rships, confidence.. I ve never seen u cried so much before. I assured you that tis is a process of growing up, a process that everyone has to undergo. I'm happy to say that you have learnt to become a lot more independent and mature. Of course, you still have ur childly and princess moments still. Your messenger of cupid dream hmm? =P

There was one day that u told me that nothing should be taken for granted. And perhaps being happy is the most important thing, more important than success or the right decision, bcuz life is unpredictable. U do not wish that when u look back at ur past, u recall that half of ur life time's spent on exams, cramming, slaving for money and fame. And at tis time, i knew that u began to appreciate everything given to you in life. Ever since, I saw genuinity and determination in u.

My lovely pinkie, u have started equipping urself with every necessary characteristics for a greater life. Keep chasing and working for it! Hv faith in yourself, i know u can do it! Live life to the fullest and do everything that u would like to do. Stay healthy, happy and pretty always! Now u can happily pack ur stuffs and fly back home without guilt. Enjoy ur holidays back home!

Okay, I guess there would be no more pre exam posts (or any posts) after tis because the day is getting nearer and nearer. Other than a pre-scheduled father's day post on the 20th. It's 3 in the morning and everyone at home's asleep except me. Well I guess im really a nite person. If only with my fm beside me. Speaking bout this, i really like huang wei er's 'ai yu bu ai' a lot a lot :)

Great thanks to everyone for d encouragement, motivation, support, u'standing and everything else. Pinkiecloud will work hard!! Wish me luck :D

pre exam 2.3

I am feeling so tired and annoyed that my eyes hurts and my head aches. Im not sure if it's due to caffeine or rest. I want to watch drama quite badly but I know it's just 'no way'.

Horrid exams. My supposed-to-be-grand 200th post just gets filled up like tis.

pre exam 2.2: kingfisher-ing

Im obviously unhappy bcuz revision is now 1 day behind schedule (due to awful kingfisher) and it's not cool at all. It's 4.5 days b4 Management Acct, which i've not touched yet. To add to this, i hv to slash one day of my summer trip due to storage and flight conflicts.

I know i shouldnt be bloggin. But complaining sort of helps..


ps. Kingfisher is a home improvement retailer for my case study, not the kingfisher birdie :)

pre exam 2.1

Only 6 days left and there is still so much to cover. Everything this year is so very real and every paper counts towards my final degree. AIC is definitely a nuisance, worst than the 'finland' module that i used to complain about. At the mean time, reading about people who have started their exciting summer holidays or completed their degree is making me feeling extremely envious.. Hmmm... nvm pinkie, come on, Go, Go, Go! xxD
