a cinderella night

Good morning!! It's 0933 here and i shall brag bout yesterday first.. Hehe.. Yesterday was an enjoyable one. The first lecture for the week somehow steer my mind off from all the messy and dancing thoughts. THe weather was calming, and the scenary reminded me of how wonderful is world is.

Chewy, shinli and juan ying were here for dinner. It was my freshers' baking session and we made enchiladas from costcutters (at a buy 1 free 1 discount :D ).

To be honest, i didn get to contribute a lot.. Probably i always gv ppl an impression of a bad chef with lousy cooking, but this photo is going to prove that i am not actually... ^-^

Indeed, they are not.. See, chewy is playing when she's supposed to concentrate on her delight.. Wakaka..

Just in case that im accused of being biased, here's the malaysian delight chewy tried. Freshers' try as well. Btw the idea was struck from the msian charity nite last week..

Made from potato, flour and eggs..

Chewy was generous enough to share her sweet chili sauce, which raised the taste of it to a great extent :D Sometimes after, it hit late night. THe four bloaters were chattin about random things. Many stories to tell, many jokes to share.. THen 3 of us sent shin li off to rootes as well as grabbing such a chance for a late nite walk.

It was kinda cinderelladish and anti-climatical, yet it was fun :D

With company around and little things here and there, I enjoyed myself, laughing out loud throughout the nite. I've almost forgotten how cheerful and jokeful I used to be =) I was told that emotionally i was slightly different with what i used to be in msia ever since i came. Well, i wont deny tat. But am really wishing that that me wil be back soon again. WOrk it out then!

Well, i try not to express my slight depression over here, but i guess i really a space to release them.. Don't worry, im fine.. Indeed, i would still regard myself showing improvements in terms of leaving and reuniting tis time..

I notice that at one minute I'm deliriously happy and cheerful, the next minute I'm in a brooding, restless and distracted mood. Too many thought bubbles floating around my head... Exams, travel, life, laundry, sorting my 3 meals, dreams, msn, holiday....

Anyway, got tis nice lyrics from jane tis morning when she online unexpectedly. See, life is full of suprises.. ^-^

Everyday, humankind are competiting and comparing themselves to each other...

Actually, there's nothing more important than being urself. Take off your masks, bring out ur confidence, everyone is a unique person him or herself. Life is actually wonderful, it lies on urself to make urself smile :D

petals and fragrance of spring

It was spring and everyone has been praising that weather's extremely lovely these few days.. I recalled that msia was almost a baking oven during the month.. N here, now, weather is enjoyable.. We could wear t-shirts or with a light sweater (if it's slightly colder) to outdoors.. The wind blows on n off, yet, it was very cooling and u would definitely enjoy walking on the pathways at such an atmosphere..

Moreover, flowers are blooming and the grasslands looks extremely pretty..

The whole campus was covered by yellow, red, white, purple and green..
What a picturesque.. I felt like plucking and hugging them..
Trees change their 'outfit' as well =P

They were so beautiful that they look fake..

On my way back from lecture this morning, I could see ppl sitting n reading on the grassland, enjoying the panorama from the bench, playing football and baseballs.. Smileys are hung on every one's face. That's exactly the reason i chose warwick rather than loughborough, grass, grass, grasss!!

However, I wonder how come the grass is missing from heronbank..

I think everyone likes spring.. Me too, it cheers me up :D

easter in april

Sry that i ve not been here for a while.. Quite internet deprived and even blogger-deprived whilst at home.. Worst off with the reduced speed of internet.. Now that i am surfing at a higher speed in uk now, I shall post a summary of my lovely april at home.. ^-^

I promise that I ll try to make it as short-and-sweet as possible..

Well, being at home was great was it was zero-laundry, zero-dishwashing, zero-cooking, zero-walking, compounded with unlimited happiness, unlimited warmth, unlimited comfort, unlimited smiles..

One of the prime reason for coming back was to celebrate birthdays of all my loved one.. THe first one was my youngest sister, joy's 13th.. Finally, i no longer sing birthday songs thru the monitor screen..

Had a reunion with my former primary schoolmates.. It had been 9 years since we left our alma mater.. To my suprise, all of us changed.. Nevertheless, honestly, i felt that guys change more than the girls..

Pintian, me, may kuan and ying kiat (whose voice resembles jay chou, really)

It was superb to see everyone again.. Had been sharing lots of cracking stories while being in the school during primary days as well as current undertakings.. Thx for coming guys.. Well, if u missed tis time's reunion, no worries, we wil be projecting another one very soooon in july or aug..

Of course, not forgetting shyang yong's bday.. Was given the mission to get his gift tis time.. As a result of the fantastic exploration of the present-for-the-boy, we got him a wallet.. Well, everyone is turning 21, goodbye to teen-days..

Followed up next was dad's birthday.. We got him a new handphone, seeing that all the while dad had been using 2nd hand phones from us.. That's y ppl say that dad's love was the most powerful one.. I agree ^-^

The last week was spent teaching in school, again.. I really found myself enjoying teaching.. The passion of dealing with children and the satisfaction derived from sharing my knowledge were so remarkable =)
