a solo experience, an enjoyment

Initially it was out of my plan to update on this trip due to several personal reasons. But whilst i was uploading the album on facebook, i realised there were a few things that i MUST share with u all regarding scotland:

Feature 1: Mussels- Oh yeah, i know they look disgusting like cockroaches. But trust me (although i've always said that im not good at tasting food), it's really nice! Seriously nice. I was even glad to have 2 meals of mussels consecutively.
So the question is: how do you eat it? Well, u eat the mussels separately. There are actually some sauce/juice/whatever it is at the bottom of the tub. And u basically dip bread into the sauce and it is crazily deliciouss!! Below's the fish that we had as supplementary. Btw, thanks to joohor for spending time with us! :D
Feature 2: Greyfriars Bobby - It was famous author John Gray's doggie. When John Gray passed away, Bobby went to and sat beside Gray's grave every single day. When Bobby died, they decided to bury bobby near to Gray and Bobby was to set an example to all dogs in the world :D
Feature 3: Harry Potter - Edinburgh's Harry Potter's birthplace. When JK Rowling came to Edinburgh with her two sons, she sat in this cafe and wrote the renowned book 'Harry Potter'. In fact, many of the characters' names stem from the Greyfriars cemetery :D
Feature 4: I realise i begin to have lots of potraits of castles.. haha.. Tat's the magnificient Edinburgh castle behind me =)
Feature 5: I think nice scenaries are no longer a special feature. Almost every scene in Europe's pretty and enchanting =)
Feature 6: New friends - Yi Vun, Iris and Chew Woon.. :D
Yes, new flower clips!! And got a nice dress from Dorothy Perkins for just 3 POUNDS!! Shopping, that's inevitable, esp after christmas and before cny =)))
Btw, can someone tell me bout the new horoscope thing? I dont care, i still wana be a leo! See, im so 'leo' - forever stubborn, authoritative and unreasonable =P
Feature 7 shall be a very personal experience for myself. For one of the days I opted to explore the city of glasgow myself and it was immense pleasure. Walking on the streets, feeling the atmostphere, listening to bagpipes, watching the scottishs.. The atmosphere was enormously soothing and inspiring. Similarly for the return journey. It was proven true that to study/work on a long-haul train is extremely fruitful and lovely!

Not forgetting the ULTIMATE feature no.8, a big bunch of THANK YOU to crystal! We've finally reliased our promise to meet up :D :D
