Confirmed

Everything has been quite confirmed today. I mean, my leaving to uk. In a nutshell, all the travel documents and official procedures are almost completes. Firstly, the clearance. Hmm. I still remember how the officer gv me an impression that it was an uphill struggle to get a student visa. Luckily, it was not as bad as i tot. With the official letter from my sponsor and the university, everything is done. The onli thing is that the photo in my visa was not nice. Hmmh!

Next, is the signing up of orientation. Well, initially, we are hesitating whether to sign up for orientation or otherwise as i hv to leave a week earlier for that. But after listening opinions from different parties such as sum elders and seniors, we still feel that going orientation is important in helping me to adapt to the new environment more readily.

Followed up closely is the issue of air ticket. Dad had decided that i ll take the night flight on 22 sep instead of the day flight, though the former is about 1000 ringgit more expensive than the latter. Unbelievable! Nx time i ll have to get use of long distance journeys loo.. Being more than 12 hours on a plane can be quite boring, isnt it?

Hmm.. So now it's about one month left from 22nd. It's really a blend of positive and negative thoughts. I still have shopping left now, and there r more to plan. MOst importantly, appreciate every now and then i have. Jz crossing my fingers that i wont be crying like mad on that day.
