the first birthday in the house

Well well well, the first lucky one to have his birthday to be celebrate at home is Shen Ting!! After 2 months of moving in, the first birthday cake was produced yesterday nite!!


It was shin li to first come up with the idea of baking him a cake. So jy is getting the materials while the creativity director miss yun yun is in charge of his card and decorations.

It did not end up very well initially as the three greedy girls were scooping the entire mixture into the template instead of splitting it up. In the baking process, some of the choc actually leaked out from the template due to expansion resulting from high temperature. We were superly excited and messy, attempting sorts of ways to 'save' our cake..

After struggling for 1.5 hrs (which was supposed to be just half an hour), our end product was finally ready.. to be consumed :D

I know it looked bit... eerrrr.. but it was 100% awesomely tasty :D
Plus the 'artificial' eyes and smiley..

Hurray!! Mission accomplished!! Finally.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY Shen Ting!!
